cabbage 1 finely chopped
mustard 200gms finely pasted with green chilly
salt to taste
dhaniya patta for garnishing
mustard oil 2 tbsp
Method In a tight lid pan mix all the ingredients and pressure cook it with a little water. and garnish it with dhaniyapatta.

You can get every thing a Bengali can think of in Delhi. Try C.R.Park ( Little Bengal).
try wrapping it Cabbage leaf ,made soft by steaming.Use a tooth pick to close it.
May be ,this will be great one.

i also agree with you. but it is made by mom in bengal wrap in banana leaves so it is next to impossible to get banana leaves in delhi dwarka so it is modern version. please adjust with the inconvinience

The nomenclature used is not correct,I think. " Paturi " is some thing which is cooked while wrapped in a leaf. Please check it out. Similar - "Patra Fish " in Parsi cuisine.
