atta 500 gms oil to fry salt 2 tsp 2 pinch hing powder and 2 tsp sauf powder and finally peas boiled and mashed 250gms.
method: make a dough of atta salt and 2 tsp of oil . remember that dough should very tightly kneaded. In a karahi put a tsp of oil when the oil is hot put the paste of peas sauf powder salt and paste of green chilly [2 to 3 ]
when the mixture become sticky keep aside and wait to cool . Now make small balls of atta already kneaded and put 1/4 tsp of pea mixture inside the small balls of atta and roll it with small quantity of oil and fry it like paratha or you can make it like puris . and serve it with aloo r dum already written by me.
