tomatoe 250gms brinjal 1 green chilly 15 garlic 8 to 10 vineger 2tsp mustard oil 1 tbsp sugar to taste salt to taste
method paste green chillies and vineger .put oil in karahi put tomatoes finelly chopped when it tender put chilly paste garlic paste salt and sugar cook for 7 mins in low flame put the brinjals cut into small pieces. cover it and stir it time to time and sprinkle water to avoid over heating. when oils comes out from the brinjal your dish is ready serve it with roti nana or puri.
